Home computers have evolved significantly since the first appearance in the late '70s. Almost all homes now have at least one computer, some have several and many have networks and even servers. It may be seen as a great advancement that we now seem to be able to do more things "online", or maybe not, but whichever - the digital age is here to stay.
We manufacture home computers - but with a difference: our machines are built to the same standard as business machines. We only build to order, so you are guaranteed to get a machine designed to your specific needs - not a box off a shelf that will do most things adequately and none of them well. Our customers get the PC they really want - by allowing us to design around their present and future needs. We truly, "Custom Build". Maybe your interest is Photography, or perhaps video - all our home PCs can be have components and facility built in to cope with the intended use.
Custom building often means a different case, a few blue lights or a massively expensive (and usually uneccessary) processor, usually with an outrageously expensive (yet inefficient, and warranty-voiding) cooler. But not for us. We design and manufacture specific to needs - with customer consultation all the way, in line with manufacturers guidelines, and with safety and reliablity as major considerations; satisfied customers, after all, bring new, hungry customers!
So, you get the PC that you really want, and you get it built just for you. But more importantly, you get a PC built with skill, care and attention to detail, made with quality components giving reliability, longevity, safety and stability. Whether its an electronic babysitter, a machine for video and photography, a gamer, a homework machine, or any combination - we can supply what you need.
Home PCs come in all sorts of shapes and sizes - to a great extent you choose. We build as you command. We don't fill our home PCs with trials and "Junkware" either - the software installed is chosen by you.
Did you know: Some PC manufacturers design PCs that will be out of date in a year or two? That a common trick is to use low memory? Fitting insufficient memory is great and common with the bigger manufacturers - your PC is fine at first but gets slower and slower. You take it back, they sell you more memory. A PC just designed to make them money, really.
We, however, future-proof as far as possible, but that's not all - we explain why we do things and what the limitations are, if any. It's only honesty, but it's one of our core values.
We provide a set up service and a long warranty - we have remote support capabilities, so right from the start you can be confident you are looked after. We can source software and install the programs you need, set you up with your choice of Internet connection, supply a printer - you name it. Customer satisfaction is what we do.
And a home PC does not need to cost the earth. Depending on your needs, because we build the PC for you, to a great extent you control how much you spend.
We set up your PC, make sure you are connected to the internet and install any peripherals, printers, etc. We make sure you are happy before we leave; even then - we are only a phone call away. With our remote capabilities, we are only a click away too - if you need demonstrations or assistance, we can join you at your PC virtually whenever you wish.
We are Microsoft Partners and can supply any software you need, installed ready to use. Our software is always genuine. We can also help you get to grips with computing - from the basics, to web design and office applications.
As Partners we are required to sit examinations each year for Microsoft - ensuring that we are on top of new developments: licensing and new products. This also means that we are ahead of the software game in many ways - and can impartially advise on which operating system or which software product is best, and most cost effective, for you.
