CPCD Limited now offer a secure, simple remote support service, at a sensible price

Remote support enables us to control your PC or server from a remote location, and to perform pretty much any task from afar as we could on-site. These tasks include software installation and updates, diagnostics, driver installations and even printer installations. We can also update or replace things like your Security Software, renew your subscriptions or fix almost any software error you may have. In extreme circumstances, we can re-write your hard drive, or even image your drive for data recovery. You can download the leaflet here if you wish to know more.

Many customers have already seen the benefits of remote access - rescue from Spyware or Virus problems - even when you are unable to connect to the internet by ordinary means. We have rescued PCs successfully in the US and Europe, and are fully capable of servicing our customer needs wordwide.

Rescue may be accessed from here, or sent by email on request. This allows us to connect to your PC only with your permission and only with your agreement, and remote connection is provided over a secure server connection between host and customer PC.

It is not just for Windows - customers using Macintosh and Linux are welcome too.
